“Technical Grade: Very Fine (VF 20 – VF 25, Environmental Toning / Net VF) Paper & Circulation Wear: Displays three defined vertical circulation folds, including a deep center fold through Lincoln's face and the Memorial center steps, accompanied by soft flanking folds. Evidence of a light horizontal crease through the portrait area. Paper maintains structural strength with intact, square edges and no internal tears or pinholes. Surface Condition & Toning: There is a small rust/oxidation stain on the far left margin (obverse) / bottom left margin (reverse).A faint localized pinkish/reddish transfer mark sits across the lower-center column base on the reverse. The red Treasury seal and red serial numbers remain strong, bold, and fully saturated. Centering: Modest shift toward the bottom margin on the face, leaving a noticeably tighter lower border relative to the top.”
