“Condition Assessment (XF to BU Analysis) Technical Grade: About Uncirculated to Choice Uncirculated (AU/CU 58–63) Paper & Eye Appeal: Margins are bright, clean, and completely free of the pocket toning, finger grime, or corner rounding seen on earlier mid-grade examples. The intaglio inks—both the dark green reverse and the blue obverse overprints—retain full original embossing and vivid color. No heavy vertical folds or structural creases break the paper fibers across the central portrait or text. There appears to be only faint handling/album storage waviness, placing it right on the cusp of true Uncirculated.”
