“Very Good to Fine (VG 10 – F 12, Problem Note) Paper & Physical Defects: Corner Margin Tear / Clip: The top right margin (obverse) / bottom right margin (reverse) has a noticeable chunk torn/missing from the outer border. Shows moderate-to-heavy circulation wear with multiple vertical folds and light horizontal creasing. Paper body has softened from circulation, though the red overprint on the Treasury seal and serial digits retains respectable color. The edge tear/missing paper immediately caps this note as a net/problem piece under standard grading guidelines. Centering: Margins are shifted noticeably toward the right side on the obverse face, leaving a very slim right border next to the torn corner.”
